Shipping Policy

Once your order is received, we swiftly pick, pack, and dispatch the product for shipment to your customer. Leveraging our express logistics, we ensure delivery anywhere across the Pakistan within 7-8 days from the time the order is placed.

For overseas customers, please contact us via WhatsApp to inquire about the shipping charges to your country.

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers must inform us of any damage or fault within 1 day of receiving the item. Our policy allows for exchanges only if the item is damaged or there is a size issue. For an exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us through WhatsApp.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide location where to send the package. You will need to ship the item on your own using any delivery company to the provided address. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You will need to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (including the original product box and all accessories).

Please be aware that exchanges are not offered for instances of "change of mind."

Refunds are not available. Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items or size issues.
